How to fix empty template issue when creating new Product Feed in Magento 2

When exporting a file, you may occur an error that there is nothing shown. If you encounter this problem, please apply the following steps to resolve it:

Create a new feed:
Go to the Templates tab, click the button Load Template, and Save:

Then, generate this feed and wait for the result.
