What does technical supporting service include?

In this question we will assume that you’re referring technical question only. By submitting a ticket to Mageplaza’s Helpdesk, you will be backed up regarding:

  • Answering technical related questions.
  • Dealing with possible bugs/errors in our extension. Otherwise, if our extension conflicts with any 3rd–party module, we will help you fix it completely.
  • Granting your customization request within Mageplaza’s module.
  • Compatibility issue: Please notice that only modules which are compatible with Magento 2 are compatible with ours.
